Bhd. is a multi-disciplinary engineering expertise firm set up in July 2019 with the aim of providing specialty services to both public and the private sector in the field of providing geotechnical, Instrumentation Works, Soil Investigation Works, Geological studies and Consultancy that comprising of Geotechnical Studies, Environmental Studies, Mineral Exploration, Geophysical, Geological and Geotechnical Mapping, well a s providing Geographical Information System (GIS), survey and related job.

Our team is lined up among professionals in the field of geological services. They are also a Board of Malaysian geologists and have obtained a certificate of registration as registered professional geologists. In addition to a high educational background and some outstanding achievements, our team is also very experienced in this field and has bee n involved with several major projects in Malaysia.

Nur Azizan or called Azie is currently Managing Director at GEOHAMMER and
Direct or at CSME Consortium. She has been working for more than fifthteen years. She graduated from Polytechnic Ungku Omar Perak in the field of 'Civil Engineering in 2012.

Experience in human resource management, ISO 17025: 2017, quality management , and documentation management .

Azie worked in the private construction industry for five years (2010–2015) as a Site Administrator for the “Project Radioactive Lahat, Perak.” In 2015, she became the HR Manager and Deputy Quality Manager at DCS Consolidated Construction Sdn Bhd, a role she held until 2021. She was a signatory for Laboratory Material Testing and handled the Geotechnical department. She received multiple awards as an excellent and high-potential employee.

Armed with her experience, she ventured into entrepreneurship and established CSME Consortium in 2015, specializing in the civil and geotechnical sector. Being a young entrepreneur came with challenges, but she maintained a positive outlook and focused on improving her business and management skills to develop her company further.

Her guiding principle is humility in seeking knowledge and consistently striving to think innovatively to achieve success.

Muhammad Zaini is currently the General Manager of Northern Geo Solutions since 2022, based in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. He was appointed as a Board Member of Geohammer Sdn Bhd on 24th June 2024. Zaini is a registered Professional Geologist with the Board of Geologist (BOG) Malaysia, a Professional Geospatialist with the Institute of Geospatial and Remote Sensing Malaysia (IGRSM), and a Subject Specialist recognized by the Department of Environmental (DOE) Malaysia.

Zaini holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Geology from the University of Malaysia Sabah. He began his career in 2013 as a Geologist at HTC Geoengineering Sdn Bhd. In 2014, he joined Mohd Asbi and Associates, where he contributed to a notable project by Jabatan Mineral dan Geosains Malaysia: Peta Bahaya Dan Risiko Cerun Di Kawasan:
1. Gombak – Selayang – Rawang - Batang Kali, Selangor
2. Cheras Selatan – Kajang – Bangi, Selangor.

In 2015, Zaini became an Engineering Geologist at GCU Consultants Sdn Bhd (a member of the Aurecon Group), where he worked for over five years and was promoted to Senior Engineering Geologist. During his tenure at GCU Consultants, he held various roles, including Resident Geologist, showcasing his expertise in on-site geology, geophysics, and geotechnical engineering.

Zaini has been involved in numerous significant geotechnical projects, including Malaysia’s renowned transportation projects:
• Klang Valley Double Track Project (KVDT)
• Klang Valley MRT, SSP Line
• Light Rail Transport (LRT) Line 3 (Bandar Utama to Johan Setia Depot)
• East Klang Valley Expressway (EKVE).

Afifi Fahmi Ahmadol currently holds the position of Technical Manager at
Geohammer Sdn. Bhd. He earned a Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and a Bachelor's degree in Geology from Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) . As a registered Professional Geologist with the Board of Geologists (BOG) Malaysia , he is also a member of the Institute Geological of Malaysia (IGM).

Geological Society of Malaysia (GSM), European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers (EAGE), and the Society for Engineering Geology and Rock Mechanics Malaysia (SEGRM).

Afifi Fahmi began his career with Geolab (M) Sdn Bhd as a Site Geologist. In 2014, he joined Schlumberger, where he was responsible for drilling operations on various types of oil wells, including Development (HPHT), Exploration, and Work Over wells. He subsequently rejoined Geolab (M) Sdn Bhd as a Senior Geologist and was later promoted to Head of the Marine Section. During his tenure, he managed several significant marine soil investigation projects, including the Marine Subsurface Exploration and Instrumentation for the New Deep-Water Terminal (NDWT) project in Kuantan Port, Pahang, the Offshore Geotechnical Investigation for the Melaka 2,242MW Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) Power Plant, and the Offshore Geotechnical Investigation Works for Pengerang Deepwater Terminal Phase 3 (PDT-3) in Pengerang, Johor.

In addition to these notable projects, Afifi Fahmi has overseen various services in geophysics and geological mapping. His extensive experience and contributions to the field underscore his expertise and dedication to advancing geological services.
